Recent update: Hab.la Live Chat has been added as another option to reach me, however my availability will be sporadic for at least a couple of weeks. The chat utility can be found at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and works across the entire site. It also features Google real-time translation support for dozens of languages. Create your user ID by typing /nick nickname into the chat box; the name of the buddy representing you should change from webuser### to nickname. To minimize the chat box simply click on the x.
I can also be reached for a live chat via Google Talk: reckonwordwide [at] gmail.com and Meebo: Reckon.
Regarding bugs or glitches: If you have any trouble loading the site or any page please let me know. I’m tweaking things here and there and in my stumbling around the place I can always use a pointer or two.

I received a few reports of trouble loading the long URL yesterday. Either speed was an issue or it didn’t respond at all. The problem is currently being addressed but be advised that the reckonwordwide.com URL may not forward properly for a little while.

Everything else is in proper working order.
My apologies to those of you trying to access the site via the long url the past couple of days. And my thanks to those who took the time to let me know they were having trouble.
Fyi, it is about 1AM CST.

I’m rolling out a few overdue updates to the site and customer service framework this morning.

The Forum is live - Please register in the new forum. If you can’t find the information you seek there or in the wiki, feel free to post your question or send me a private message via my profile at either location. You can also direct message me on Twitter as another point of contact, however you need to follow me first so I can receive your DM unencumbered. The forum will serve as the customer service hub. Please direct all customer service inquiries there first. If you don’t find an answer you can still use the contact form or email service [at] reckon.ws, however responses to the latter will likely take a few days. I’m hoping it adds a great deal of value to the overall experience here, and offers a chance to engage on a more personal level.
Added new pages for sizing, fabrics, Twitter reader (click timeline to follow my updates), and portfolio (in development).

The Reckon Universe is in full swing. Check it out if you have a few minutes to spare. It’s a portal to everything Reckon. I must say, Netvibes has outdone itself with its new Ginger release.
